Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with KA’EO Apparel. Every piece is crafted with intention. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition as received
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as KA’EO Apparel is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the same 30-day return window, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
Final Sale Items
All final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
