At KA’EO Apparel, every piece is prepared with intention. We aim to deliver your order with the same level of care that defines our identity.
All items ship from Pasadena, CA
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
KA’EO Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need support, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
KA’EO Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
